ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This statement was last updated on 24th November 2025.
At The Royal Regency, we are dedicated to making our luxury events venue in London
fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for all guests and aim to make every visit as smooth as possible. While the venue has some structural constraints, our team works proactively to support guests with access needs.

Arrival and Entry

The venue does not have step-free access. A wheelchair climber is available at the main entrance and is operated solely by our trained staff. Handrails are installed at the entrance for guests who require additional support when walking. Guests can be dropped off directly outside the front entrance.

Parking

There are no dedicated disabled parking bays outside the venue. However, blue badge holders may park for up to 3 hours on the double yellow lines immediately outside, subject to local regulations.

Accessible Facilities

We have one accessible toilet that meets UK disability standards. If a guest requires additional space within an event setup, we encourage organisers or the guest themselves to notify us in advance. While we do not have fixed wheelchair spaces, the venue layout allows us to create suitable space when informed ahead of time.

Assistance

Our staff are available to support guests where needed and will always handle the operation of the wheelchair climber. If a guest will be attending with a legally recognised assistance dog, prior notice helps us prepare appropriately.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an evacuation, the designated refuge point is located at the main entrance, which is also the primary entry point to the venue. Staff will provide support where required.

Feedback

We continually review our accessibility provisions and welcome any feedback that can help improve guest experience. Guests or organisers can contact the venue in advance to discuss any specific access requirements.
